Post-Op:
5 months submuscular augmentation with 375cc round smooth
saline implants inflated to 400 cc each via a
superior elliptical areolar incision. |

year old with existing submuscular saline
implants filled to 400 cc. Wants to go larger and have
more cleavage.
Post-Op:
6 months exchange of implants to 510 cc., smooth, round,
overinflated to 550 cc. Inner aspect pockets modified
to approximate implants and increase cleavage. |

Post-Op:
5 months 275cc round, smooth saline implants inflated
to 300cc. Areolas moved laterally.

Post-Op:
1 year post submuscular smooth round saline 375cc implants
inflated to 400cc, via inferiorareolar incision.
